At TEEREXXX, we aim to provide high-quality T-shirts and products. Please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, customized, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

For customized T-shirts, cancellation is not allowed once the customization or production process has started.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns or refunds may be accepted in the following cases:

• Product received damaged
• Wrong product received
• Wrong size or design received due to an error on our part
• Manufacturing or printing defect

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after placing the order
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Minor color variation due to screen or printing differences
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Customized products where the customer provided incorrect design, text, image, or other details
• Delay caused by courier services

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return or refund, customers may be required to provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photos or video showing the issue
• Unboxing video, where available
• Description of the issue
• Name and phone number used while placing the order

Providing an unboxing video may help us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

4. Verification Process

Once a return or refund request is received, our team may verify:

• Order details
• Product condition
• Photos or video provided by the customer
• Customer information used during the purchase

If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return, replacement, or refund.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• The refund will be initiated after the claim is approved
• The refund will generally be processed to the original payment method
• The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider

6. Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to product availability and our applicable exchange conditions. Customers should check the size chart before placing an order.

Customized T-shirts may not be eligible for size exchange if the size was selected or provided incorrectly by the customer.
